1/ Creating an account with us is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Sign Up Page: Click the Sign up button located at the top right of the homepage, or navigate directly to the registration page.
- Choose an Account Name: Enter a unique username. It must be between 6 and 25 letters long.
- Enter Your Email: Provide a valid email address where you can receive order updates and confirmations.
- Create a Password: Choose a secure password that is at least 8 letters long, and re-type it in the "Password Again Please" field to confirm.
- Submit Your Registration: Click the red Sign Up button at the bottom of the form to complete your registration!
2/ Once you click the Sign up button, you will need to verify your identity to activate your account. Follow these final steps:
- Check Your Email: Look for an email from us containing a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) code.
Note: If you don't see it in your inbox within a couple of minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Enter the OTP Code: Return to the verification screen and enter the 6-digit code into the provided boxes.
- Verify and Activate: Click the red Verify OTP button.
3/ Your account is now fully activated! Please sign in your account You can immediately start tracking your orders, managing your profile, and submitting custom design requests.
Didn't receive the code? If the timer expires and you still haven't received the email, simply click the Resend OTP link at the bottom of the page to request a new code. Thank you!
